     Cucumbersoup is light and fresh, espaccially when you pimp it with mint!  Slice 2 cucumbers in the lenght and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces.  Chop an union and stew in butter for two minutes. Add 2/3 of the cucumer and let simmer for 1...   <p style="clear:both;">
