Here is another creation by me!
Take 2 filets pp. Season on both sides, cut some fresh basil on one side, sprinkle some pamasan on the basil and fold, set the fish with the woonden things i used, see picture, don't have a clue how you guys name this thing!
Fried the fish on both sides for 4 minutes and serve with pastry and salad or baked patatoes and broccolli.
Easy to make, and this tastes great!
I drank a wooded chardonnay with it and that did well.

I was in a hurry and forgot the finish the filets with the chardonnay, but that was meant, lol.
I just drank the wine.
