wow. i've never had or seen tilapia here in london. probably just me. what style of fish is it? where is it fished? the dish sounds great. quick, simply and some great fresh herbs. guess you chose the oaked chardonnay for the seasoning, perhaps??
hi mek, it is a white fish with thin filets, i can buy them here very easily.
I was in a hurry and forgot the finish the filets with the chardonnay, but that was meant, lol.
I just drank the wine.
